Immigrant Investor

The Immigrant Investor Program (EB-5) allows qualified entrepreneurs to apply for lawful permanent residency in the United States by investing capital in a new commercial enterprise that creates jobs for U.S. workers. To qualify, an investor must demonstrate that they have invested — or are actively in the process of investing — at least $1,050,000, or $800,000 if the investment is made in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) such as a rural or high-unemployment region. Our team has managed cases from coast to coast, providing experienced representation to clients in numerous states across the U.S.
